Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Sundays, 9:00-10:15 am
All are welcome!

Djuna will teach on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sundays of every month. Rick will teach on the 2nd and 4th Sundays.

This class will consist of approximately 45-50 minutes of yoga poses to calm the nervous system and to prepare the body to sit for meditation. Savasana (final relaxation) will be used as a gateway to sitting meditation. Come and participate in a simple yet profoundly transformative practice that will help reduce anxiety and depression and increase happiness, empathy, and compassion. This class is appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the seasoned practitioner. What's most important is to show up and practice!


Djuna found a sitting practice Upaya Zen Center, Santa Fe, NM with Joan Halifax and others that has inspired the connection between practice on the mat and serve in the world.
