Join Charlotte Hammond, MS, RD, LDN, CDE, RYT, hatha yoga instructor, certified Kriya Yoga meditation instructor and Registered Dietitian, for an all-levels introduction to breathing, concentration, and meditation techniques to help you deepen creativity, reduce stress, improve focus, and deepen your resilience! Learn tools to develop and deepen your home practice. Please bring layered clothing as your body temperature will drop during the practice. Enjoy being you!
